There is something about this presentation that really caught my attention. I think it is because of the quirkiness of Chip Kidd, his clothes, his hip wriggling and his wacky sense of humour.
But really, the reason this presentation really got my attention is that it is different.
Of course, it tells a story, all great presentations do, but more than that Chip Kidd takes the humble boring presentation, mixes it with his fantastic personality and then delivers a very compelling argument. But, I think the real key to this presentation is his personality. That is what all presenters need to be doing. Putting their own personality into their presentation.
Sadly, too often presenters stick to the old, tired and frankly boring presentation script, and today that just is not good enough.
Thank you Chip for a truly wonderful presentation.
